Barge hall is definitely one of the most unique places to host an event in Tartu City. It is simultaneously close to the city centre, but at the heart of nature, away from the fuss of the city. The Lodjakoda has a seminar room (40 pp), a woodwork room (100 m2; up to 90 pp), Ship-building hall (330m2, up to 300 in) and a sauna front room (15 pp). The Shed hall (280 m2) and the Amphitheatre with a floating stage in front of it can be used for open-air events in the summer.

Cafe area and seminar room. Rental price 100 eur/h and from 4th hour 65 eur/h. Capacity: 30 pp siting in a cafe style behind tables or 40 in a staircase. hourly rate for preparation and packing up (the time during which we keep the premises unavailable for other events) is charged at 50% of the standard rate, i.e. €50 per hour.
The woodwork room. Rent price 130 eur/h and 85 eur/h from 4th hour. Capacity 80 pp theatre style, 50 people sitting at the table. The hourly rate for preparation and packing up (the time during which we keep the venue unavailable for other events) is charged at 50% of the standard rate, i.e. €65 per hour.
Shipbuilding Hall. Rent price 190 eur/h and 125 eur/h from 4th hour. Capacity 250 pp behind the tables. The hourly rate for preparation and packing up (the time during which we keep the venue unavailable for other events) is charged at 50% of the standard rate, i.e. €85 per hour.
Shed hall - currently unavailable.
Sauna house, only front room. Rental price 40 eur/h. Capacity 15 pp
The whole Barge Hall main building. Rent price 360 eur/h and 240 eur/h from 4th hour. NB outdoor area, sauna and shed hall for extra charge.
